Office Suites
We now have small office suites available to accommodate between two and six people. Suites are priced at £2950 per desk per annum (plus VAT) and this includes utilities, internet access (conditions apply), cleaning and service charges. They can be rented on a month to month basis after payment of a one month rent deposit.
Small Offices
These offices are self-contained spaces of approximately 1100 sq ft and can be either ground or first floor. They will accommodate up to ten people depending on configuration. The rent is £13,600 per floor plus VAT. Utilities, internet and service costs are extra on these spaces.
Larger Offices
There are a limited number of large offices of between 2300 sq ft and 2500 sq ft available providing tenants with the option to design a bespoke fit-out to their own requirements. Rents are between £27,600 and £30,000 p.a plus VAT.
